Key points objectives of the MEE is to understand the opportunities, challenges and barriers to improving service outcomes and efficiencies including:

1. Explore opportunities for provider collaboration to optimise the impact of staff recruitment and retention. 2. Explore innovative ideas to evolve the service to meet the diverse needs of individuals. 3. Explore how services can be managed effectively within budgetary constraints.

The MEE will be held in a virtual environment via Microsoft Teams on the 25th August 2022, 10am until 12 noon.

The contract is expected to commence on 1st April 2023.

To express an interest ('EOI') in the MEE, please request a copy of the draft specification and complete the attached market engagement questionnaire and submit along with your EOI.

Expressions of Interest must be received by 22nd August 2022 and submitted to Donna Harrington and Lewis Walden via email to: [email protected] and [email protected]

This process is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
