Description
The Provision of a Community Warfarin Anti-coagulation Therapy Initiation and Monitoring Service (the âServiceâ) has been contracted for a period of 24 months, commencing on the 1st August 2015, with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months. The contract (NHS Standard Contract as mandated by NHS England) will be procured using the Any Qualified Provider Process (AQP). The contract has been awarded to the following providers: Boots UK Ltd Imperial College Healthcare Trust Enderley Road Medical Centre Harrow Health Ltd
Additional information: This procurement has been conducted using an any qualified provider approach and as such there is no guaranteed activity stipulated within the contract. The AQP was conducted under Part B regulations.
