Description
To provide the Commissioner with services as detailed below:
Lift Services: (Including but not limited to) To provide the following lift maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas:
1. Reactive Maintenance Services â To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building lift defects.
2. Minor Works Service â To undertake minor lift works to improve and alter the Commissionerâs sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands.
3. Planned Routine (Servicing) Maintenance â To undertake periodic servicing of lift services as requested by the Commissioner.
