This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to the renewal framework for the Supply and Delivery of Recycle and Refuse Containers, for all 32 council areas in Scotland and Scotland Excel Associate members. It is anticipated this framework will incorporate various container types, such as, but not limited to, 2 wheeled bins, wheeled and non-wheeled containers over 500L, kerbside boxes, kitchen caddy’s and sacks and liners.
