Description
The aim of these services will be to promote individual health and wellbeing, maximise independence and promote social inclusion of older people. By helping to ensure that older people are enabled to access a wide range of community activities and resources within the communities in which they live, in order to have a full and active life.
Additional information: Warwickshire Community and Voluntary Action (WCAVA) have offered to provide support to applicants who require assistance in preparing their tender submission.
