Redevelopment of Bridge Close site, valuation and negotiation support. Bridge Close is one of the key development sites in the Romford Housing Zone. As part of taking forward the site, we need to develop a site acquisition strategy, and as part of this require property advisors to act as a advisors to the London Borough of Havering in respect of these land acquisitions and site assembly.
