Description
LTHW Heating pipework and natural gas infrastructure upgrade.
Works as described within appended Mechanical Specification and drawings; overview of works below:
⢠Replacement of the existing underground heating pipework within the main building ⢠Installation of new radiators ⢠Modifications to the existing heating flow and return headers in the plant room ⢠Upgrading of the existing site gas supply and meters via a specialist sub contractor. ⢠Modifications to the gas outlet pipework in the Nursery and Swimming Pool ⢠Draining refilling and water treatment to existing LPHW heating system ⢠All associated builders work and electrical work ⢠Commissioning and testing ⢠Provision of handover information
