Description
The Home Office currently has two properties on the Leeds estate with nearing lease break options. An updated/revised feasibility report is required to establish how staff can be relocated into the existing estate allowing the HO to exit the two properties when the lease break option becomes available. This project is part of the wider TW3 nationwide consolidation project.
