Brief Description of Requirement
Each year all the winners of the Queen's Awards for Enterprise are presented with a lead crystal glass trophy, engraved with the Queen's Awards Emblem, Award title and winning year. The Queen's Awards Office is responsible for ordering the quantity of trophies required each year and instructing the supplier on the delivery addresses. The current contact is ending and therefore the Queen's Awards Office has a requirement for the provision of trophies for Award Winners in 2022, and the following 2 years.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
