To act as monitoring surveyor in respect of a Housing Zone project at Bordon Garrison, Whitehill and Bordon, Hampshire. HCA are to make a recoverable loan to Whitehill and Bordon Regeneration Company Ltd to finance the installation of the key infrastructure within the project up to £25m. The role to be carried out by the monitoring surveyor is in accordance with the attached scope of works.
