Description
Contractors are invited to submit their tenders based on a lump sum fixed price for the works as described, for the refurbishment of the empty property, 78 Parkside, which is a three bedroomed house, located in New Haw, Surrey.
The work comprises: The refurbishment of this semi-detached BISF steel frame constructed 2 storey house, comprising removal and disposal of all internal walls, inner skin of external walls, re-instatement of walls, new fitted bathroom and kitchen, electrical re-wire, new gas-fired central heating system, rear access to garden from proposed kitchen and decoration. As part of the process the contractor will be required to
⢠Have a controlled strip out of the internal frame ⢠Reinstatement of internal wall sets in timber partitions, including enhanced insulation ⢠Design and installation of the Heating and Hot water system, including the provision of a new boiler ⢠Installation and design for a new Cold water service ⢠Refurbishment of kitchen, and kitchen layout ⢠Refurbishment and Installation of a new bathroom suite ⢠Rewire of the electrical installation, ⢠Re-decoration
