Description
You are invited by the Centre for Process Innovation Limited to submit a tender for the provision of Maintenance Support for Critical Equipment located at CPIâs Printable Electronics facility.
The maintenance support services are to include but not limited to; ⢠Servicing and repair of the specified equipment outside warranty: o Preventative maintenance contracts, o Ad-hoc servicing or maintenance o Break down call-outs, ⢠Supply of spare parts and consumables to support continuing operation of the equipment ⢠Supply of software support ⢠Onsite and remote vendor assistance ⢠Provision of Technical Training for Equipment Specified ⢠Upgrades and retrofits to enhance operating capability ⢠Any other technical support required to ensure the operation of the equipment which is not covered by the vendor warranty
