Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council (the âCouncilâ) wishes to enter into a contract for the Processing of its Co-mingled Dry Recycling (the âContractâ). The contract scope comprises of a single lot: Processing of Co-mingled Dry Recycling. The main objective of the Contract is to provide an efficient and effective service with a strong emphasis on value for money and maximising recycling wherever possible.
