Description
The University of Worcester (UOW) is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, knowledgeable and innovative Consultants to provide professional estate services to support the UOW and its subsidiary UW Developments Ltd. (The Call-Off Authorities)
The Services will mainly comprise, but are not limited to, consultancy associated with the following:
⢠Project Management and Employer Agent Services ⢠Cost Consultant (Quantity Surveying) ⢠Principle Designer (Health and Safety Adviser) ⢠Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (inc. Fire Engineering and Sustainability) ⢠Civil & Structural Engineering Services
