Description
Air Conditioning Services: (Including but not limited to) To provide a service to repair, service and maintain the air conditioning infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested:
⢠Air Conditioning / heat pumps to offices, server rooms and other operational areas. ⢠Maintenance of chillers.
To provide the following maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas:
1. Reactive Maintenance Services â To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building air conditioning defects.
2. Minor Works Service â To undertake minor air conditioning works to improve and alter the Commissionerâs sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands.
3. Planned Routine (Servicing) Maintenance â To undertake periodic servicing of air conditioning services as requested by the Commissioner, across the sites including: ⢠Room air conditioning units. ⢠Split system / heat pumps. ⢠Chilled water. ⢠Server / data centre cooling plant.
