Description
Salix Homes are looking to procure contractors through a DPS for an initial period of up to 24 months with an option to extend by further periods of 2 x 12 months (any extension will be at the sole discretion of Salix Homes) to provide support to the in house maintenance and repairs teams covering the following work streams on an 'as and when' basis during periods of peak workload.
Workstreams included: 1.General Responsive Repairs (Plastering/Joinery & Structural, Ceramic Tiling, Electrical, Plumbing, Soft Floor Finishes) 2.Groundworks/External 3.Wet Rooms, Bathroom Adaptations 4.Roofing Repairs 5.Painting & Decorating (inc Mould Eradication) 6.Glazing Windows & Doors
