NOTE: This notice was updated on 26 January 2017 for the following reason: Please be advised that this opportunity has been withdrawn due to submitted bids being non compliant to the mentioned specification and contractual termsTo ensure that data reported on the MSAR1 forms up and including 2016 are available digitally.\n \n Monthly Shellfish Activity Return (MSAR) 1 forms were introduced in 2006 to record information on activity and catch of under 10m commercial potting and netting vessels with shellfish licences.
