The Opportunity This requirement is for a Creative Services Framework within the Strategic and Corporate Services Directorate. The Council's External Communications Team are looking to implement a Multi-Supplier 'Creative Services Framework' with the purpose of extending the range of creative skills and services available to the Council. The Framework will help the team to access the required resources and capacity needed to meet demand in a way that is in keeping with Facing the Challenge and the Councils strategic drive to become a Commissioning Authority. The Framework will be used on a 'call off' basis so suppliers can deliver creative focused projects as and when required. The Services have been divided into Lots.
