Description
NHS LPP has been engaged by the CapitalNurse programme to support an initiative to improve access to a sustainable, long term supply of suitable quality accommodation in London at an affordable cost, located at a reasonable distance for the Nurses' place of work. As part of this work, NHS LPP has conducted interviews with Internationally Recruited Nurse (IRN) leads and accommodation leads at the London Trusts to establish their requirements in the short and longer term. Some key findings emerging from these interviews have identified that some NHS Trusts have partnered with, or have a contractual arrangement with, Registered Providers of Social Housing, and / or providers of Student Accommodation. As such, this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is a request for further information to understand your, and the market's, appetite and capacity for providing such longer term accommodation in London and the immediate surrounding areas. We would ask that you complete the RFI by 30/07/2021 in order to allow NHS LPP to analyse the returns. We will contact all those who respond to invite them to attend a virtual Nurse Accommodation Forum.
NHS LPP is using the Health Family Atamis e-tendering portal to conduct the pre-market engagement process ("the e-Tendering Portal"). The e-Tendering Portal can be accessed via the link: https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome All communications (including submission of pre-market questionnaires) should be carried out via the e-Tendering Portal. The pre-market engagement documents are available for unrestricted full direct access, free of charge via the e-Tendering Portal. Once registered, search the opportunities section for project"C83159" or use the title of the procurement "Provision of Nurse Accommodation in London".
