Description
Stoke-on-Trent City Council requires a highly motivated and diligent Employerâs Agent/Project Manager to inform and control the development of council residential housing projects. The provider will be required to work closely with council officers to take the projects from feasibility to completion, taking a strong lead on the construction project management function.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). 11. Click on the ITT code, you can now access any attachments by clicking the âSettings and Buyer Attachmentsâ in the âActionsâ box on the left-hand side of the page
12. You can now choose to âReplyâ or âRejectâ
13. Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT
