Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (The Council) is acting as the Lead Authority for the sale of Recovered Newspapers and Magazines and Mixed Paper from Councils within the Hertfordshire Waste Partnership (HWP) and Chelmsford City Council, herein referred to as âthe Partnersâ.
The following Partners have guaranteed that all their recovered Newspapers and Magazines / Mixed paper will be sold through this contract,
