Description
Derbyshire County Council wishes to hear from organisations willing to share information about their approach to providing an Activity Recording and Scheduling Solution; in particular those that have a solution with the following capabilities: ⢠Uses mobile phones/handheld devices and landlines; ⢠Recording functionality, including shift working, individual client visits and visits for multiple clients at the same address; ⢠Recording of tasks undertaken and outcomes met; ⢠System alerts and warnings, including aborted visits and staff warnings; ⢠Automated matching of commissioned against actual visits delivered; ⢠Reconciliation of activity where clients have multiple providers, and several purchase orders.
This will enable the Council to; ⢠Better understand the market; ⢠Explore what options can be supplied; ⢠Consider the likely costs; ⢠Explore the procurement routes; and ⢠Determine the most effective way of scoping its requirements to improve efficiency and all aspects of service delivery.
