Description
Refurbishment work. The project comprises the refurbishment and fit out of an existing office building at 11 Carnegie Road, Hillington, Glasgow. Works will include, but are not limited to, the stripping out of existing finishes and services. All to be replaced with new, including the formation of a high spec office floor space within existing main hall area and a new data centre formed on first floor mezzanine. Alterations to superstructure shall be made to incorporate new lift shaft, additional structural steelwork and sections of curtain walling. External works will be required in the form of new sub mains cable, relocation of and new plant installations along with external furnishings and hard landscaping.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
