The purpose is to appoint one network-based agency as its regional supplier in Sub-Saharan Africa which is able provide British Council with centralized, effective & integrated network of marketing support for creative development, media planning and buying, roll out strategies and communications by agencies which provides a range of services across the spectrum of British Council marketing needs, specializing in the below areas of focus:
