This flagship community centre has been developed and will be run by Oxford City Council, opening January 2016. It presents an exciting opportunity to co-locate community and health services that will address the health needs of the population of Rose Hill and Littlemore. OCCG are particularly interested in seeing health services delivered from the centre that will address the health inequalities experienced by this community and the wider determinants of health.

OCCG is inviting expressions of interest to provide services that are already funded (either through public funding or other sources), it is not requesting ideas for services that need to be commissioned or would need further funding.

• Three consulting rooms at 15 sqm each • Treatment room at 25 sqm • Waiting area at 25 sqm • Group Knowledge / education / meeting room at 25 sqm • Associated utility areas i.e. clean and dirty; storage • Shared staffroom area • Easy access and parking available 7/7 • Community entrance with wide atrium of general public area and café

Expressions of Interest are welcomed from any provider currently contracting with OCCG for healthcare services, and need to be submitted ON THE ATTACHED FORM by 5pm 19th October 2015, specifying how much of the space will be utilised and frequency.
