As well as the conservation of the only remaining original plaster on the site, this will need a specialist contractor to complete the works in line with a report and recommendations produced by Skillington workshop Ltd. Plaster works include for the consolidation of; decorative plaster in the new hall/billiard room, roman cement across the courtyard and plain plaster to the servants hall, the smoking room and two adjourning room. The second phase is likely to include similar masonry and plain plaster consolidation in the remaining rooms, this may be a negotiated as part of this tender using the standard schedule of rates or sent out as a new competitive tender.
