Description
"The Service will provide a child-focused and targeted service which promotes and protects the physical and mental well-being of Young Carers across the county, working in partnership with other agencies to provide a 'whole-family' approach.
LCC is inviting suitably experienced providers to submit a completed ITT for the opportunity to deliver a county-wide Young Carers Support Service across of Lancashire (excluding Blackburn with Darwen and Blackpool).

There is an option for Lancashire County Council to extend at its sole discretion for up to a further 12 months subject to confirmation of funding and satisfactory evidence of quality outcomes
