Description
Telford & Wrekin Council wishes to invite quotes from suppliers in order to undertake a review of the Councilâs single person discount (SPD). This service will include a data match of the Councilâs single person discount records with credit reference data, the results of which are to be returned to the Council in a format in which the Council can identify high risk cases in order to conduct its own review. The Council has approximately 72,000 properties subject to Council Tax, 22,840 with SPDâs currently being awarded of which approximately 13,800 may require a review.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
