Description

The proposed contract will provide a flexible, personalised and responsive housing related support service to 79 residents at Edward Alsop Court, Great Peter St, SW1. The scheme will consist of 79 commissioned bed spaces; running 2 different programmes within the service:

- Over 50’s complex needs support service (Service A) – Supporting 50 homeless men aged over 50 with a range of complex support needs including health, mobility, personality disorder, alcohol and care needs who require onsite support to stabilise and move forward in their lives.

- Low support, preparation for independent living (Service B) – supporting 29 male residents, aged over 35, who have low support needs and require short term accommodation and practical assistance and skills building to access independent accommodation successfully.

Additional information: Suppliers wishing to download tender documents and express an interest in tendering for the service will have to register on the Council's e-tendering website: www.capitalEsourcing.com
