Description
To supply the following broad categories of services: ⢠The provision of external circuits to the internet that will provide dual redundant 1Gbs connectivity to the site operating in an active/active configuration; ⢠The purchase and installation of all on site switches, wireless APâs and any other software and services needed to manage the IT services; ⢠A simplified management portal so that non-technical staff at Sensor City can manage all of the day to day IT provision of active ports, bandwidth and telephones without needing access to the actual infrastructure; ⢠A VOIP telephony service; ⢠24/7 support for the services including proactive monitoring etc.
