Description

The building (in Carlisle) is owned by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) and has a number of other Government Departments as tenants within it. The building was badly flooded on the Lower Ground Floor in December 2015, causing extensive damage which now needs to be refurbished and made operational again, now that the drying process has completed.
