This is a voluntary ex ante transparency (VEAT) notice, indicating that The University of Leeds intends to enter into a contract with Optima 3D Ltd to purchase a Shuttle Weaving Machine with Creel and Winder. The requirement is funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council.
