The Council is seeking a suitably qualified professional organisation to develop an underlying commercial/business case and planning process for a five-year events strategy and plan based on delivering the key outcomes that support the council's 'Our City - Our Plan' (Appendix A) outcome of a thriving economy in all parts of the city.
