Description

The tracker survey is expected to provide us with important insights on how well the markets are functioning in terms of meeting the needs and expectations of various consumer groups and minimising the risks of detriment to them. It is also intended to help deliver the CAA’s commitment to evidence-based decision making, by ensuring that it is informed by a comprehensive understanding of the interests, concerns and needs of consumers and the public in relation to aviation travel. This includes vulnerable consumer groups such as persons with restricted mobility (PRM) and/or non-physical health impairments.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. You must send your bid response in via this portal. Bids sent direct to the CAA will not be accepted. All queries must come through the portal for Audit purposes.
