Tender For Single Story bedroom extension to 18 Newburgh Place
Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver a project to a specific property within Swindon Borough.
Project Description
To complete a single storey extension, with welfare adaptation facilities, to an existing property within Borough of Swindon.
Contract Period
The contract will be for an estimated period of 12 weeks commencing 1st November 2016. This is a competitive tender and a contract will be awarded to the organisation that is deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender.

Responses are required to be submitted no later than 31st August 2016, 12.00GMT by hardcopy to the address as stated on the Tender Return Label only.
