Description
The supplier will provide the Council with the following services:
⢠Residential Valuation reports ⢠Land registry compliant conveyancing plans ⢠Negotiate with property owners on the behalf of the Council to agree a purchase price if required.
The valuations will be undertaken in line with the appropriate RICS guidance and the valuation must be signed an RICS registered valuer.
