MWDA will licence, through a procurement exercise, the Foul Lane site as a deposition point for suitable waste soils. The successful Contractor will provide MWDA with a Licence Fee for the deposition of the waste soils at the site.

The successful contractor will be required to procure, in MWDA’s favour, a bond in the event the Contractor is unable to complete the works as set out in the Licence. It will be the Contractor’s responsibility to satisfy any and all environmental permitting requirements associated with the site works.
