Description
The aim of this contract is to provide a managed Information and Records management service which allows the storage, retrieval, and disposal of Welsh Government physical records.The service provided under this contract will include:• provision of secure and possibly segregated storage accommodation• collection, cataloguing, and storage of records belonging to the Welsh Government• retrieval of records belonging to the Welsh Government• destruction of records belonging to the Welsh Government• ability to provide services in line with emerging technologies• delivery and collection of records by contractors own secure transport
