Gwynedd Council, wishes to invite suppliers to express and interest to qualify as an approved contractor to the ECO4 and The Great British Insulation Scheme Flex.Gwynedd will be administrating the scheme on behalf of local residents who will appoint approved suppliers to undertake energy efficiency measures with their homes.Any interested suppliers must have full access to ECO4 and The Great British Insulation Scheme Flex Funding.The First 3 COMPLIANT SUBMISSIONS will be accepted onto the Gwynedd approved Contractor List.
