Description
The works comprise the detailed design and construction of 2No. concession units including associated site works, services and drainage.The contractor will be responsible for the design of the buildings intheir entirety and for the submittal and obtaining of Building Regulation approval.The following works are to be undertaken beyond the boundary of the site.
