Tender for Minor Refurbishment of the Cardigan Ward (Renal Ward) at Morriston Hospital

Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake a minor refurbishment on Cardigan Ward at Morriston Hospital.The scope of works will comprise of the following:Full strip out of an existing bathroom and construction of a new shower room, the full strip out and refurbishment of an existing shower room, as well as renewal of a number of IPS systems.Bidders will have 30 days to respond to the tender opportunity. Following the tender assessment and outcome, the contract award will be circulated for ratification to proceed to the works.
