As part of the Levelling Up Fund, The Vale of Glamorgan Council is looking to rationalise its real estate portfolio and is therefore considering long-term options for the future of buildings such asthe Docks Offices. The intention here is to refurbish the building to deliver a flexible workspace which is suitable for a wide variety of local businesses to thrive.
