Description
Notting Hill Genesis ("NHG") and Transport for London ("TFL") are seeking to award a Contract ("the Contract") for the provision of an Energy Service Company (ESCO) to take on a long-term services contract to operate the heat network and provide heat services to residents at our Kidbrooke development in South East London. The winning tenderer will enter the contract with NHG's and TFL's Joint Venture, Kidbrooke Partnership LLP.
Notting Hill Genesis and Transport for London (TfL) are working together in joint venture partnership as Kidbrooke Partnership LLP (KPLLP) to deliver the Kidbrooke Square development in Greenwich, London.
The winning Tenderer will enter the contract with Kidbrooke Partnership LLP
