Description
Conwy County Borough Council [CCBC] require a Building Services Design Consultant to join the design team and undertake design duties associated with the new stand alone school building.These duties will include but are not limited to; specification, sizing, routing and design of building services, site survey and inspection of existing building services, verify residual lifecycle, check condition and identify spare capacity, liaison with utility providers to verify spare capacity, co-ordination with Architectural, Structural and Civil Designs, co-ordination with system installers / maintenance companies production of design information such as building plans, specifications, schedules, scope of works documents for tender.
