Description
The Gwrych Castle Preservation Trust (GCPT - The Client) are seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver a programme of repair, re-roofing and new floors to the historically significant (Grade I listed) Gwrych Castle near Abergele.The Questionnaire & Quality Submission document forms an initial pre-qualification exercise.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146835.
Your request to participate should arrive no later than 17th January 2025 at 5pm. The Client reserves the right to reject any response which is received after this deadline.
