This procurement is for the provision of services related to the repairs and maintenance of 5 blocks of flats at Laburnum Road, Weston-super-Mare. The works comprise roof and chimney repairs, fascia and gutters repairs and replacement, repairs to flat roofs, repairs to brick walls, installation of new cavity wall insulation following removal of defective fill, triflex covering to concrete surfaces.
