Full service/maintenance package for passenger lifts installed at DAMHA owned sheltered housing schemes, Bulmer House, South Shields. NE34 6ER, Rutherford House, Easington SR8 3LJ and stairlift installed at Oldgate, Morpeth NE61 1PY. As detailed in the provided specification for a period of 3 years with the possibility of a further 2 year extension.
