Description
Provision of Specialist digital transformation services. ⢠Service Architect for all ESN Service and Products: To govern the design across the build and test activities ensuring they meet the enterprise-wide architectural model ⢠To act as a point of expertise on all service capabili-ties and promote industry best practice across all suppliers ⢠To define the end state enterprise-wide service solu-tion within the parameters of the contractual and programme objectives. Quality assurance of Service Readiness across all products released by the ESN Programme: ⢠Building and maintaining a Service Acceptance Checklist for every product ⢠Regularly meeting with the various suppliers and Home Office teams to ensure they are on track to meet the required criteria by gate 5 (go-live) ⢠Where any tasks or criteria are not going to be achieved, engaging the appropriate teams and peo-ple to ensure the risk is known and where possible mitigated ⢠Designing and following a Service Transition Plan for every product. ⢠Assist with Operational Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing - ensuring the Service Management elements are appropriately represented.
