**THIS IS A MODIFICATION NOTICE, NOT A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY** Carmarthenshire County Council, in association with Ceredigion County Council, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council, Powys County Council and Swansea Council, has undertaken a procurement exercise and appointed suitably experienced consulting engineers under a Framework Agreement, to enable the participating local authorities to procure a full range of engineering design services to meet their specific needs.
