The two National Parks Eryri and Brecon are Dark Sky Reserves, with each of the other areas also holding ambitions to become Dark Sky designated in the near future. This tender specification is for phase 1 & 2 of associated works. Phase 2 will be commissioned on the successful completion of phase 1. Aims of the Project We are looking to procure the services of a specialist lighting engineer/design company to work with us to deliver an ambitious light retrofitting project in all 8 areas.
